You can now book your ticket for the 2023 World Hydropower Congress. All registration fees are listed in US dollars and exclude 11% VAT.

Secure your place at the Congress to attend the world's premier hydropower conference where global leaders from the hydropower sector and beyond will meet to share knowledge and make recommendations to supercharge the role hydropower must play in the clean energy transition.

What does the Congress pass include?

• Access to the World Hydropower Congress, including its Welcome Reception and all plenary and parallel sessions.
• Access to the Congress' exhibition space
• A 10% discount on Sustainability Training Courses (a discount code will be sent to you after you complete your registration and will be valid until 31 December 2024)

Please note:

• Accepted methods of payment for the Congress are by credit card, bank transfer and virtual bank account (only for Indonesian residents). You will be charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
• Students, academics, Indonesian civil servants, and employees of NGOs are eligible for discounted rates. These will be subject to approval by the World Hydropower Congress' Secretariat. If you are one of these registrants, please contact congress@hydropower.org before registering.
• If you have been invited to speak at the Congress, please contact congress@hydropower.org before registering.
• You may register for a group of people. If you are registering for more than five people, please choose the group category of booking. Members of groups of less than five people should register individually.
• If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and/or fee under which they have registered, IHA reserves the right to adjust registration fees.
