Finding solutions to help hydropower grow: GE Vernova announced as 2023 World Hydropower Congress partner
GE Vernova are the latest partner to sign up for the 2023 World Hydropower Congress. Building on over 130 years of experience, they are leading a new era of energy, electrifying the world while simultaneously working to decarbonise it.

The World Hydropower Congress is the flagship event for decision-makers within and outside the hydropower industry to address how sustainable hydropower can help ensure energy security and reach global net zero emissions.
The Congress is organised every other year by the International Hydropower Association, the global voice for sustainable hydropower. This year it will have the principal theme of ‘Powering Sustainable Growth’ and expects to welcome 1,500 attendees.
The Government of Indonesia’s hosting of the World Hydropower Congress follows their successful G20 Presidency during 2022.
