Antony Lesmana is the chief executive officer of PT Kayan Hydropower Nusantara (KHN), a joint venture company between PT Kayan Patria Pratama (KPP), Sarawak Energy and PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (Adaro). He is also the Director of KPP, an established conglomerate with 40 years of operations across industries in East and North Kalimantan.

With almost two decades of directorship experience in the energy sector, Antony and his management team are leading KHN in developing Indonesia's first large-scale renewable hydropower project in North Kalimantan, the 1,375MW Mentarang Induk Hydroelectric Project.

His prior experiences include becoming the Operation Director for PT Kayan Putra Utama Coal, a privately-owned Indonesian coal company under the Kayan Group in 2012. Since then, he has expanded Kayan Group by establishing PT Moto Energi Indonesia, Terrenus Energy Private Limited, PT Nusantara Timber Pratama, and recently PT Kayan LNG Nusantara. Prior to this, Antony also worked with Shell Canada Energy in the oil sand industry at Alberta and Ekati diamond mine with BHP Billiton.

Antony holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
