Dian has over a decade of experience in development cooperation and project management. Currently, she leads communication and information exchange initiatives at the Renewable Energy Skills Development (RESD) project funded by the Swiss Government and implemented by GFA Consulting Group. In this role, Dian nurtures strategic partnerships with companies in the solar and hydropower sectors while spearheading the development of a renewable energy digital platform, accessible at https://renewableenergy.id/, which operates under the Human Resource Development Agency of the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Prior to joining RESD, Dian worked for nearly six years as a National Program Officer at the Embassy of Switzerland in Indonesia, managing multifaceted projects encompassing private sector development, financial sector strengthening and public finance management. She also previously worked as a consultant for the Decentralization Support Facility, a multi-donor project managed by the World Bank.

Dian holds a Master of Science in International Strategy and Economics from the University of St Andrews.
