Dr. Tobias Keitel studied industrial engineering, holds a doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from École Supérieure de Commerce in Paris. Before joining Voith in 2010, he already worked in the fields of energy and renewables for Boston Consulting Group and MAN AG.

In 2016, Dr. Keitel became a Member of the Management Board of Voith Hydro in charge of Operations, Project Management, Sales and Service. Since 2022, he serves as Member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith and as President & CEO of Voith Hydro.
