Frederic Ribieras' career with GE began in 1990 as an FMP with GE Healthcare Europe in Paris. He held various finance roles within the healthcare sector in France, UK, Germany, Russia and the US. In 1999, he joined the Corporate FP&A team and in 2000 moved to GE Energy as the Commercial Finance Manager for the Power Gen. division. In 2002, he joined the aviation team as Manager of Group FP&A and later on as CFO for aviation services. Early 2006 he was appointed as CFO for oil and gas and led the team through the significant growth from the core business and USD $15 billion of acquisitions. In January 2014, he moved to GE Global Growth Organization as CFO based in Dubai where, with the help of EFS Global Markets, they identified more than USD $20 billion of global financing sources which his global finance team used to support customers across all GE businesses. He graduated from the FMP program in 1992 and the EFLP program in 1998.

He graduated from E.S.D.E., a French Business School, in 1986 and obtained in 1987 his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Hartford (CT).
