Book nowA recent Bali State Polytechnic (PNB) graduate from the Applied Bachelor Renewable Energy Specialisation Program, Karunia is poised to join Indonesia's Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), where she plans to foster advancements in renewable energy, focusing primarily on round-the-clock hydropower solutions.
During her studies at PNB, Karunia collaborated with students from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland on a residential project, and nurtured the next generation of renewable energy enthusiasts as a teacher and the head of the renewable energy department at Cakra Nusantara Vocational School, a pioneer in offering renewable energy courses in Bali.
Karunia's experience in renewable energy extends to active participation in PLN's biosolar farm research, in partnership with the World Resources Institute, and an internship at BTI Energy, gaining hands-on experience in solar PV systems. Certified by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in solar power plant installation and construction, she is ready to play a pivotal role in Bali's green electricity generation, leveraging her knowledge and passion for renewable energy to make a lasting impact in the industry.
