Kian Min has more than two decades of experience in the power generation industry. He is a graduate of the Australian National University with degrees in Commerce and Law.

As the Chief Renewables Officer of Gentari, Kian Min is responsible for the renewables energy business of Gentari, covering both its existing operations and growth.

Prior to joining Gentari, he was Chief Development Officer for JERA Asia where he led the development of gas to power and renewable energy projects in Asia. He was also head of Sembcorp’s business development team for ASEAN. During his time with International Power plc, he held various roles including President Director of the largest independent power producer (PT Paiton Energy), Deputy Regional Director, Asia as well as Head of Business Development, Australia.
