Andi joined Voith Hydro in 2007 as hydraulic project engineer at the Central Technology Centre and Laboratory in Heidenheim, Germany otherwise known as “Brunnenmuehle”. From 2012-14, he was assigned to Voith Hydro York (PA), USA as a hydraulic design engineer and continued his career in 2016 at Voith Hydro Germany as an Offer Project Manager for various international green- and brownfield projects as well as a regional marketing manager for countries in Middle East. Since 2021, he was in charge of the proposal management team at Voith Hydro Germany until being assigned as the head of large hydro business development and service for Australia and New Zealand.
