Ms. Abhigya Malla represents the voice of youth and women in the energy sector through her association with hydropower development, construction and consulting companies. Academically, Ms. Malla is a professional accountant, possessing a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy and Masters of Commerce in Finance from Macquarie University, Australia. Currently, she is utilising her academic knowledge and prior work experience to the hydropower sector as a project developer and youth contractor. Ms. Abhigya is aspiring to develop hydropower projects and is associated as a director with Union Mewa - 23 MW, Aayu Malung - 21 MW, Hongu Khola - 28.9 MW, and Upper Tamor A - 60 MW hydropower projects which are at various stages. She has worked as the Vice President and Director of a hydro construction company named High Himalaya Hydro Construction Pvt Ltd (3HC). 3HC is a leading construction company which has completed 35 hydropower projects in 13 years. Ms. Malla aims to continue her legacy in the hydro and construction sector for the betterment of Nepal.
