Madinah Abang is the General Manager for Contract & Procurement Governance of Sarawak Energy Berhad. She has more than 30 years of experience covering various industries including electricity, investment holding, unit trust, construction, oil terminal, palm oil refinery, oil and gas port and timber related industries in the areas of accounting, auditing, taxation, company secretarial, consultancy services, corporate finance, strategic planning and contract and procurement.

She is a professional accountant accorded as a Fellow Member by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and a Chartered Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She holds a Master's Degree of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Madinah is a pioneer involved in the formation of Sarawak Energy Leading Women Network (SELWN) and currently serves as an Executive Committee member for SELWN leading the Mentoring Workstream. She is a member of Toastmasters International and held various executive committee positions including as Club President and Area Director.
