Ms. Sophary Soeng is the economic attaché for the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN. Previously, she served as deputy director, chief of sub-region office and vice-chief of sub-region office at the Asia Pacific Department, Ministry of Commerce as well as spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce. She holds a Master's of Management from the Australian National University, a Bachelor's in development economics at the Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh and a Bachelor's of Education in english from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
