Book nowMrs. Ramziya Muborakshoeva is a regional head for resource mobilisation and strategic partnerships for renewable energy projects in Asia at the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development’s Industrial Promotion Services (IPS). In this capacity, she leads the development, strengthening and maintenance of strategic partnerships in the Asia region to profile IPS to contribute to the rural electrification of the region with green energy through blended financing. Mrs. Muborakshoeva is also a Deputy CEO at Pamir Energy (IPS subsidiary), a utility company that is responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in the GBAO region of Tajikistan.
Ramziya Muborakshoeva has a Bachelor’s Degree in international and comparative politics from the American University of Central Asia, Bishkek (2008) and pursued her graduate studies in Economic Development at Michigan State University, East Lansing (2016).
