Mr Zhao Lankun holds a Bachelor's degree in law and a Master's degree in economics from Peking University with the title of senior economist. He is a senior expert with rich experience in strategic planning, project development, planning and operation in the power industry. He has been working for 26 years and is currently the chairman of SPIC Guangxi Electric Power Co., LTD.
